Shipping Information
Kansas People will ship your order within 3 business days. UPS is generally used but they do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. FedEx shipping is available for expedited and Saturday delivery.
Returns
Kansas People wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be made for items returned in salable condition if returned within 30 days of purchase. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be authorized prior to sending them to us. Contact us at (866) 808-4947 for authorization and a return authorization number and the shipping address. The return authorization number must be printed clearly on the outside of the shipping carton or envelope.
All returns will be credited to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Exchanges for incorrect and damaged product will be processed quickly. Contact Kansas people at (866) 808-4947 within 5 days of receiving the product. For exchanges of damaged product, keep the original packing material. You may be asked to return that along with the product.
